To use IndexPro, you must create an account by providing:

Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
  • Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up-to-date

Account Restrictions

  • One person or entity may only create one account
  • You may not transfer or sell your account to another person
  • You may not use another user's account without permission
  • You may not create an account using false or misleading information

3. Description of Services

IndexPro provides link indexing services that help URLs and backlinks get discovered and indexed by search engines faster. Our Services include:

Service Limitations

While we strive for high success rates (typically 90%+), IndexPro does not guarantee that all submitted URLs will be indexed by search engines. Indexing success depends on various factors including content quality, search engine algorithms, and external factors beyond our control.

4. Payment and Credits

Pricing and Credits

  • IndexPro uses a credit-based system
  • Credits are purchased in packages as displayed on our pricing page
  • Each URL submission consumes credits from your account balance
  • Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice to existing customers
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Bank transfers (for large purchases)
  • Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USDT) upon request

Credit Expiration

Credits purchased through IndexPro never expire. You may use your credits at any time, at your own pace, without any time restrictions or monthly quotas.

Billing and Invoices

  • All purchases are one-time payments
  • Invoices are provided automatically via email
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes
  • Failed payments will result in service suspension

Refund Policy

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. In summary:

  • Unused credits may be eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  • Credits used for indexing are non-refundable

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use IndexPro only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

Prohibited Activities

  • ✗Submit URLs containing illegal content, including child exploitation material, terrorism content, or content that violates copyright laws
  • ✗Use the Services to index phishing sites, malware distribution sites, or fraudulent websites
  • ✗Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Services
  • ✗Use automated scripts or bots to abuse or overload our systems (outside of approved API usage)
  • ✗Resell or redistribute credits without written authorization
  • ✗Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Services
  • ✗Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account
  • ✗Use the Services in any way that violates Google's Webmaster Guidelines or other search engine policies
  • ✗Submit excessive or unreasonable numbers of URLs in a manner that could harm our infrastructure

Acceptable Uses

  • ✓Indexing your own website pages and blog posts
  • ✓Indexing backlinks from legitimate guest posts and directory submissions
  • ✓Indexing client websites (with their permission) as part of SEO services
  • ✓Using the API for legitimate automation of indexing workflows
  • ✓Indexing product pages for e-commerce sites

6. Intellectual Property Rights

IndexPro's Property

The Services, including all content, features, functionality, software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks are owned by IndexPro and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without prior written consent.

Your Content

You retain all rights to the URLs and content you submit to IndexPro. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Process and index your submitted URLs
  • Store your data necessary for providing the Services
  • Display indexing status and reports to you

Feedback

If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Services, you grant us the right to use such feedback without any obligation to compensate you.

7. Disclaimers and Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IndexPro disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
  • Warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or completeness of results
  • Warranties that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • Warranties regarding the quality of any products or services obtained through the Services

No Guarantee of Indexing

While we maintain high success rates (typically 90%+), we do not guarantee that all submitted URLs will be indexed by search engines. Indexing depends on factors beyond our control, including search engine algorithms, content quality, and technical website issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IndexPro and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account
  • Any damages resulting from the failure of URLs to be indexed
  • Any damages resulting from changes in search engine algorithms or policies

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to IndexPro in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IndexPro and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the Services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Content you submit for indexing
  • Your breach of any laws or regulations

10. Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, you may be eligible for a refund of unused credits according to our Refund Policy.

Termination by IndexPro

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

  • You breach these Terms
  • You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Your account is used to submit prohibited content
  • We are required to do so by law
  • Continued operation would pose security risks

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your right to access and use the Services will cease immediately
  • Unused credits may be forfeited (except as provided in our Refund Policy)
  • We may delete your account data after a reasonable period
  • Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

11. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at chekkutech@gmail.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will work with you in good faith to reach a mutually acceptable resolution.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Jurisdiction

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Karachi, Pakistan, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will:

  • Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
  • Post the revised Terms on our website
  • Notify you via email for material changes

Your continued use of the Services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Services.

13. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and IndexPro regarding the Services.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

Force Majeure

IndexPro shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, or failures of third-party services.
