  • You have already tested our service with your first purchase
  • You were satisfied enough to buy more credits
  • You understand how the service works and its success rate

We have implemented this policy to prevent abuse where some users purchase large packages, use the service extensively, and then request refunds only to create new accounts and repeat the process.

Partial Refunds

  • Technical failures on our end:
