If you initiate a chargeback instead of following our refund process, your account will be immediately terminated and you will be banned from future use of IndexPro.
If IndexPro experiences extended service outages (more than 72 hours), we will provide appropriate compensation or refunds regardless of purchase history, calculated based on the downtime period.
If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error on our part, you will receive a full refund regardless of the refund policy terms.
If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same purchase, the duplicate charges will be refunded immediately.
If we make significant changes to our service that materially affect functionality, existing customers may be eligible for prorated refunds at our discretion.
