Indexed.pro Alternative: IndexPro vs Indexed.pro (2026)

Most people searching for an Indexed.pro alternative have hit the same wall: Indexed.pro requires Google Search Console Owner access to every site it indexes. That works beautifully for your own properties and not at all for anything else.

If the URLs you need indexed sit on sites you do not own, which is the case for every backlink, PBN and most client work, Indexed.pro cannot help you regardless of which plan you buy. That is the real reason to look elsewhere, and it is worth being precise about, because on price alone Indexed.pro is hard to beat.

All prices below were checked on 14 September 2026 against each provider's own pricing page.

The short answer

  • Keep Indexed.pro if you are indexing your own websites and have Search Console access. It is cheaper per URL than almost anything else, and switching would cost you money.
  • Use IndexPro for URLs you do not own: backlinks, PBNs, guest posts, client sites where you cannot get Owner permission.
  • Many people need both. They are not really competitors. They solve different halves of the same problem.

The difference that actually decides it

Indexed.pro connects to your Search Console account and submits URLs through Google's Indexing API on your behalf. Their own FAQ explains why Owner permission is mandatory: "Google has imposed this stringent criteria in order to provide the ability to effectively act on your behalf and submit pages for indexing."

That is not a limitation Indexed.pro chose, and it is not something a competitor can simply waive. It follows from how the Indexing API works. The consequence is simple:

What you want to index Indexed.pro IndexPro
Your own site's new pagesYesYes
A client's site, with Owner accessYesYes
A client's site, without Owner accessNoYes
Backlinks you built on other sitesNoYes
PBN linksNoYes
Guest posts and directory listingsNoYes

If every row you care about is in the top two, this comparison is over and you should stay where you are.

Pricing, honestly

Indexed.pro

A monthly subscription with a site limit, a URL ceiling per site, and a daily submission quota.

Plan Monthly Yearly Sites URLs per site Requests per day
Startup€8€6/mo210,000200
Growth€24€20/mo530,000400
Ninja€79€65/mo25100,0001,000

There are no refunds, though you can cancel before renewal. Indexed.pro states it indexes URLs in under 48 hours and does not publish a success rate. Figures taken from indexed.pro on 14 September 2026.

IndexPro

Credits rather than a subscription, spent at 20 credits per URL for standard indexing or 70 for instant. Credits do not expire and there is no monthly commitment.

Package Price Standard URLs Per URL Instant URLs Per URL

75,000 links$1,30075,000$0.01721,428$0.061

Current packages are listed on the pricing section.

Per URL, Indexed.pro wins

This is the part most comparison pages leave out, so here it is plainly. If you use the full daily quota on an Indexed.pro plan, the cost per URL is far below anything credit-based:

Plan URLs per month at full quota Yearly price Cost per URL
Startup6,000€6/mo (about $7)$0.0012
Growth12,000€20/mo (about $23)$0.0019
Ninja30,000€65/mo (about $75)$0.0025

Against IndexPro's $0.017 to $0.040, Indexed.pro is roughly 7 to 30 times cheaper per URL. Anyone telling you otherwise is comparing a subscription you barely use against credits you spend deliberately.

Two things change that arithmetic. The first is utilisation: the cost above assumes you actually submit 200, 400 or 1,000 URLs every day. Publish forty posts a year and your Startup plan works out at about $2 per URL, at which point credits that never expire are dramatically cheaper. The second is eligibility, and it is the one that matters: none of it applies to a URL you do not own. (Euro conversions at 1.16, the rate on 11 September 2026.)

Where each one fits

Indexed.pro is the better tool when you run a small number of sites you control, they publish frequently, you want indexing to happen automatically from your sitemap without thinking about it, and you can keep the daily quota reasonably full.

IndexPro is the better tool when you are indexing links on sites you do not own, you index in bursts rather than continuously, you cannot get Owner access to a client's Search Console, or you do not want a recurring subscription for something you use a few times a quarter.

Using both is normal. Indexed.pro on autopilot for your own properties, IndexPro for the backlinks pointing at them. Splitting the work that way is usually cheaper than forcing either tool to cover the other's territory.

Neither company publishes a verified success rate. Treat any specific percentage you see quoted for either service, on any site including this one, as unverified until someone shows you the measurement behind it.

Why indexing results vary either way

No service can make Google index a page. What they do is get a URL crawled, which Google will generally do on request. Indexing is a separate judgement Google makes afterwards, on the merits of the page. That is why the same tool can return a high rate on one batch and a poor one on the next.

The variables that move the number are mostly on your side: whether the page carrying your link is itself indexed, how much crawl demand the domain has earned, whether the page is thin or duplicated, and whether anything technical, such as a noindex tag or a canonical pointing elsewhere, is blocking it. Check those before you spend anything, on either service. A bulk index check takes a minute and often explains the whole result.

If you are switching or adding IndexPro

  1. Work out what you actually could not index. If the answer is nothing, stay on Indexed.pro.
  2. Do not cancel first. If Indexed.pro is handling your own sites well, the two are complementary. Cancelling costs you the cheapest per-URL indexing available.
  3. Start with the $3 package. Seventy-five standard URLs or twenty-one instant ones is enough for a real test on the links Indexed.pro could not touch.
  4. Pick a speed deliberately. Instant for links you are actively tracking, standard for bulk tier-two work where a few extra days cost nothing.
  5. Verify independently with the bulk index checker rather than trusting any dashboard, including ours.

FAQ

Can Indexed.pro index backlinks?

No. It requires Search Console Owner permission on each site, so it only works on properties you control. This is the most common reason people look for an alternative.

Is IndexPro cheaper than Indexed.pro?

Per URL, no. Indexed.pro is substantially cheaper if you fill its daily quota. IndexPro is cheaper if you index infrequently, because credits never expire and there is no subscription, and it is the only option of the two for URLs you do not own.

Do I have to choose?

No, and most agencies should not. Indexed.pro for your own sites, IndexPro for the links pointing at them.

Does IndexPro need Search Console?

No. That is the entire difference.

What success rate should I expect?

Neither service publishes a verified figure. Split-test 100 URLs and measure your own.

The verdict

Indexed.pro is a good product at a genuinely low price, and if you own every site you need indexed, it is probably the cheaper choice and you should keep it. This page is not going to pretend otherwise.

What it cannot do is index a URL you do not control, and that is precisely the job most link builders need doing. If you arrived here because Indexed.pro asked for Owner access to a site that is not yours, no plan upgrade will fix it, and that is the gap IndexPro exists to fill.

Linkdexing Alternative: IndexPro vs Linkdexing

Linkdexing and IndexPro share a billing model: credits, no subscription, no expiry. The differences are price and time. Linkdexing charges a flat $0.05 per link and states openly that its manual process takes around two weeks, which is usually the reason people go looking for an alternative. Your Backlink Is Live But No Tool Can See It

The link is on the page, but Ahrefs, Semrush and Search Console all show nothing. They are three different indexes on wildly different schedules, and each silence means something different. Semrush averages 40 minutes, Ahrefs takes days to weeks, and Google's report is explicitly a sample that omits links from non-indexed pages. Here is how to tell lag from a real problem.
